This privacy policy describes how the company Target Tech collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you browse the target-tech.fr website or use our SaaS software platform for laser simulation shooting training.

2. Data Collected
We collect and process your personal data on the basis of the execution of the service contract or your express consent:
- Identification: Name, first name, email address, and login password (irreversibly encrypted).
- Connection: IP address, type of web browser used, timestamps, and activity logs.
- Usage: Statistics of laser shooting training, accuracy scores, reaction times, and software configuration preferences.
- Payment: All transactions are managed securely by our service provider PayPal. We never collect or store your banking details.
3. Use of Data
Your personal information is used solely to:
- Provide, operate, and manage your account and your access to Target Tech's SaaS features.
- Personalize your training experience and track your progress and shooting history.
- Ensure the overall security of our platform and prevent any attempts of fraud or cyber-intrusion.
- Send you administrative or mandatory information (invoices, subscription confirmations, critical updates).
4. Data Sharing
We strictly prohibit selling, renting, transferring, or sharing your personal information with third parties for advertising or commercial prospecting purposes.
Your data is only transmitted to our direct technical subcontractors (web hosting, secure payment gateways) and only within the strict limits necessary to provide our services.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain a copy of all the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: Request the correction of outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

6. Retention Period
Your personal information is actively retained for the entire duration of your registration with Target Tech.
In case of a request to delete or terminate your user account, all your data (scores, logs, connection) is permanently destroyed, except for invoicing and accounting documents that French law requires us to retain for a duration of 10 years.
7. Complaint with the CNIL
If you believe, after contacting us, that the processing of your personal information does not comply with data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) on their official website: www.cnil.fr.
8. Cookies and Audience Analysis
Our platform uses only essential technical cookies for the proper functioning of the simulator (maintaining your session, managing your authentication, and browsing security).
Audience Measurement (Matomo): We use the open-source and ethical tool Matomo to track site visitation anonymously. The IP addresses of our visitors are strictly anonymized (the last octets being removed before saving) and the collected data is used exclusively for the evaluation and technical optimization of our simulation service. These statistics are never cross-referenced or shared with external providers.
