DISTRIBUTION TERMS
No Marketplace Selling
Selling our licenses on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Cdiscount, Fnac, Naturabuy, or any other global marketplace) is strictly prohibited. Sales must occur solely on your official website or physical retail store.
Pricing Consistency
Although each reseller remains legally free to set their final pricing, aggressive selling at cost price is highly discouraged to preserve a healthy margin for the entire network.
Alignment with Recommended Price (MSRP)
Resellers are encouraged to align with Target Tech's official pricing. Respecting this recommended price helps maintain the premium positioning of the product.
Subscription & Renewals
Licenses are distributed in the form of a 1-month or 1-year license key, renewable each year to guarantee recurring dealer revenue.
Tier Retention & Active Status
Once a margin tier is reached and validated, it is permanently retained and never reset. However, a minimum order of 10 licenses per year is required to maintain your active reseller status.

Strict Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Clause
It is strictly prohibited for any reseller to disclose, share, or transmit any commercial, strategic, pricing, or technological information related to Target Tech to third parties or direct/indirect competitors. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation will result in the immediate revocation of reseller status and will be subject to legal prosecution in accordance with applicable laws.
Brand Value Protection Charter & Specific Clauses
Value Respect & Pricing Freedom: In accordance with applicable legislation, each reseller freely determines their final retail pricing policy. However, maintaining our partnership relies on preserving the brand image and high-end positioning of the Target Tech solution. Therefore, any commercial or pricing practice (such as unjustified depreciation of product value or parasitism) that harms the brand's reputation or destabilizes the distribution network constitutes grounds for immediate and without-notice termination of the agreement. In this context, the reseller agrees to respect the following principles:
- Net Retail Price: It is requested not to reduce the perceived net value of the license by granting indirect or disguised discounts (cashback, promo codes, loyalty programs, or third-party gift cards) on the standalone license.
- Bundled Sales (Bundling): When offering a bundle (license + physical hardware), the package price should reflect the combined value of the hardware and the recommended retail price of the license, ensuring that the brand value of the Target Tech solution is not depreciated (package sales combining the license and a product are authorized as long as they do not touch or reduce Target Tech's commercial margin).
- Non-Transferability: Reseller status is strictly personal. Reselling licenses to unauthorized sub-distributors, intermediaries, or marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
- Internal Use & Commercial Resale Ban: Licenses purchased at a discounted reseller rate cannot be used for the reseller's own internal needs or commercial operations. Furthermore, they are exclusively intended for resale to individual private customers (for strictly personal use). Reselling commercial or institutional licenses (meant for shooting clubs, associations, law enforcement, or administrations) is strictly prohibited.
- Validation & Contractualization: Integration into our reseller network is not automatic and is subject to review. A formal distribution agreement will be provided upon definitive validation of your application, which must be justified by the coherence of your commercial strategy (relevance of distribution channels, alignment with our premium positioning, respect for brand identity, and project viability).
- Brand Logo & Usage: The official Target Tech brand logo is strictly reserved for the exclusive use of the brand. Resellers are strictly prohibited from using the official brand logo for their advertising campaigns or communication support. A specific logo branded "Official Reseller" (downloadable from your Reseller Space) will be provided for your communication strategies. Any unauthorized use of the official brand logo will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your reseller status.
